REFUNDS, RETURNS & SPECIAL-ORDER POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 5 days and it is regularly stocked merchandise, you may return it for a full refund less a $50 pick-up fee or a one-time reselection of equal or greater value, with an exchange fee of $50.

Merchandise being returned must be in like new condition with no signs of wear and tear, no scratches, nicks or stains, missing parts, and cannot be returned from homes that have pets or a smoker in the home. McFarland Furniture has the right to refuse any return based on the condition of the merchandise.

Mattress and foundations may only be returned if found to be damaged or later found to be defective, unless manufacturer states otherwise. Comfort is not covered under warranty.

Floor Samples marked "As Is" are sold only as a final sale. No cancellations, returns or refunds on these items.

If payment was made by check, refunds will be issued only after check has cleared the bank. Refunds are made by check only. No cash refunds.

A Special Order is:

• An item not displayed in our store.
• An item displayed in our showroom, but ordered in a different color, size or finish.
• An item not stocked in our warehouse.
• An item ordered based on your request.
• And you the purchaser are solely responsible for the item fitting into you premises since our manufacturers will not allow returns. Be certain the color you order is the color you will want forever. Do not special order if you feel this will be a problem. Special order production times vary by style, model, fabric and manufacturer. All delivery estimates are subject to availability of said product by our manufacturers. Please allow 4 - 8 weeks for delivery.
• Special Orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit and cannot be returned after they are received.

Warranties on all items will be honored strictly under the guidelines as defined within the policy of each manufacturer. McFarland Furniture will cover labor costs to repair or install factory supplied warranty replacement parts for a period of one year from the date of delivery. After one year a labor charge of $40 per hour (1 hour minimum) will apply, plus a pick-up and delivery fee of $50.

If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. Delivery of your purchase is free within 30 miles of Everett, PA.

Please Note: Out-of-state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In-state orders will be charged 6% sales tax.
